Biofidelity is seeking a dynamic project manager to communicate and support project delivery, ensuring that milestones and deliverables are met and that activities are well executed and managed. The candidate will coordinate schedules, budgets and support best practices for project life cycle management. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is collaborative and finds solutions with an empathetic approach that gets results.
Act as a lynchpin to coordinate communication between all team members across the company, including UK and US
Establish and maintain project schedules through the use of tracking tools
Coordinate resources, timelines, and deliverables across multiple projects
Manage the interface between functional areas and ensure effective handoffs and communication across the company
Identify project risks and issues, escalate areas of concern, and effectively and creatively lead cross-functional efforts to problem solve
Provide decision and administrative support as required, including supporting preparation of design control documentation
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to develop important relationships with key stakeholders (essential)
Strong leadership, teamwork, influencing and organizational skills (essential)
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
At least 5 years project management experience in life sciences or another regulated environment (essential)
Project Management Certification (desired)
Experience with Systems and Software Development Life Cycle Methodologies (desired)
Knowledge of design control and quality assurance methodologies such as ISO 13485 (desired)
Experience in logistics and commercial roll out (desired)
Degree in a scientific discipline (desired)
