Biofidelity is expanding its assay development team and is seeking a scientist to support product development and work alongside our scientific development team to ensure efficient, smooth operations.
Characterisation and optimisation of molecular assays
Design of simple, well controlled experiments
Detailed recording of obtained results
Presentation of results to the team
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Basic knowledge in molecular biology
Keenness to learn
Ability to demonstrate a curious, proactive and problem-solving mindset
Ability to develop good relationships with colleagues across the organisation
Good communication and organisational skills
Experience in at least some of the following areas:
Basic laboratory skills such as performing buffer calculations and pipetting
Ability to design simple experiments
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
BSc/MSc level qualification in molecular biology/biochemistry or a related discipline
Up to 3 years of relevant academic or industrial experience
