Biofidelity has developed a revolutionary molecular diagnostic assay, enabling the rapid, ultra-sensitive detection of DNA targets with a transformational simplification of workflows.

Using just four steps and standard laboratory instrumentation, our assays can detect as little as a single molecule of mutated DNA against the background of billions of healthy molecules present in a typical patient sample, enabling straightforward detection of clinically actionable genetic markers at the earliest possible stage.


Biofidelity is expanding its technical team responsible for the development and optimisation of its core technology. We are seeking creative, ambitious molecular biologists to help us further refine and improve our chemistry and to work to develop our next generation of capabilities.

With a PhD or equivalent industrial experience in molecular biology, biochemistry or molecular diagnostics, you will have a demonstrated ability to apply your knowledge and expertise to complex challenges. The ideal candidate would have experience in at least some of the following areas:

  • High-sensitivity molecular assay development
  • Oligonucleotide probe/primer design and optimisation
  • Multiplexed PCR/qPCR
  • DNA/RNA extraction and sample preparation
  • Molecular diagnostic assay optimisation
